The process of finding a home to rent can be especially challenging if you’re not familiar with the local housing market. Expat Help organizes an online seminar with several Amsterdam-based relocation expert. They’ll discuss the necessary steps in the process, including prices and availability, who to rent from and the different contract types. They’ll also share handy dos & don’ts for house-hunters.
Tenants’ rights in the Netherlands
Once you’ve found a place to rent, it’s good to know what your legal rights and obligations are. !WOON provides free and confidential advice for renters in the Amsterdam Area. In the second part of this seminar, they will discuss tenants’ rights, including:
